Frequently asked questions
Can it carry three e-bikes?
Only when each bike weighs no more than 30 kg and their combined weight is no more than 60 kg. Three 30 kg e-bikes exceed the rack's total capacity. Your vehicle and towbar limits may reduce the permitted load further.
Will it fit my vehicle?
Check towbar compatibility, permitted nose weight, electrical connection and rear-door clearance before ordering. Allow for the rack's own weight when calculating the load on your towbar. Ask Biket Hillcrest for help matching the rack to your vehicle and bikes.
Does it work with a 7-pin socket?
This model has a 13-pin plug. A vehicle with a 7-pin socket needs a compatible 7-to-13-pin adapter, sold separately; confirm lighting compatibility before use.
What is included?
The three-bike carrier and its standard locks are included. Bikes, loading ramp, fatbike straps and optional security accessories are sold separately.
